One third of the 85,000 SQ FT facility is utilized by Stantine-Pioneer for distribution with the remaining two thirds being reserved for future tenant improvements. A catalyst on site is temperature critical and required a natural gas generator for emergency power distribution. Work was considered to be within a Class 1 Division 2 location.
