RELIGIOUS PROJECTS

LDS Conference Center
A new, 21,000-seat Conference Center for general conference meetings and their events for the LDS Church on an entire city block north of Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City. Work includes the building itself, an underground parking structure, and a theater that will be used for special productions.

Nauvoo Temple
Originally built in 1846, the reconstruction of the Nauvoo Temple by Legacy Constructors was a labor of love by builders and Church members alike. Every effort was made to make the new temple appear as the old one did.

LDS Church History Library
A new five-story, 250,000 square-foot building, much of which is being built underground. The new building, just east of the Conference Center, will be similar in design to the Conference Center.

BYU - Joseph F. Smith Building
This new 290,000 square-foot, five-level building will feature 27 classrooms, 401 administrative offices, theatre, a 265-stall, three-level underground parking structure and a landscaped courtyard. In addition, the building  includes a 250-seat auditorium with two turntable classrooms that hold 60 students when turned, and a two-story gallery comprised entirely of glass walls.
